Sports Performance

I provide performance-focused coaching for athletes and adults across all sports and experience levels. Training is built to improve strength, power, speed, mobility, and durability, with sport-specific programming and event preparation.

If you are in season, we train to keep you healthy and sharp without adding fatigue you cannot afford. If you are in the off season, we build the base that makes next season easier. If you have a specific event on the calendar, we work backward from that date.

This is for you if you compete, if you used to compete and want that capacity back, or if you just want your body to do hard things well.

  • Movement and strength assessment before we start

  • Sport-specific programming built around your season

  • Progressive strength, power, and speed work

  • Mobility and durability work to keep you available

  • Adjustments as your schedule and demands change

Weight Loss

I deliver structured weight-loss coaching built on sustainable training, smart nutrition habits, and accountability that drives measurable results. Programs are designed to increase strength, boost metabolism, and improve overall health while keeping you consistent and supported.

There is no crash phase and no plan that requires your life to stop. We build habits that survive travel, work, and the weeks that go sideways, because those are the weeks that decide whether this works.

Progress gets tracked so you can see it, not just feel it.

  • Starting assessment and honest baseline

  • Training programmed around fat loss and strength retention

  • Nutrition habit coaching, not a meal plan you will abandon

  • Regular check-ins and progress tracking

  • Adjustments when life changes

Injury Rehab

I provide structured injury-rehab training that restores movement, builds stability, and accelerates your return to full strength. Each program targets the root cause, reinforces proper mechanics, and delivers a controlled, progressive path back to pain-free performance.

We start conservative and earn every progression. That means you stop re-aggravating the same thing every eight weeks, and it means the thing that caused the injury gets addressed instead of worked around.

I work alongside your physical therapist or physician when you have one. * I am not a licensed physical therapist and this is not a replacement for medical care.

  • Assessment of movement patterns and compensation

  • Progressive loading built around your current tolerance

  • Mechanics work to address the root cause

  • Coordination with your PT or physician when relevant

  • A clear path back to full training
